Does it come with a car collection? No. But do you see that? Those two garage doors? First; They seem to take over the majority of the facade of this house. Second: That one on the right? The larger one, yeah it goes straight through the house to another massive garage door on the other side. I want to say this house is about 40% house 60% garage. Too bad it’s probably an absurd amount of money due to location. I’ve tried to find some more info on it but my computer is shitting the bed and doesn’t like to do too much at once.

Oh hell, Let’s make this fun. Two car garage on the left for your daily drivers and an oversized RV port for your miscellany of project cars so the HOA doesn’t flip a bitch about derelict cars in the driveway. What do you go for?

Its so you can pull your race car hauler inside + work out of it. At least it would be for me.

We've always wanted a two-car garage. Our driveway is stuffed at the moment.

Highland drive in Park City running right along I-80. Not sure of the house number.

There was a house for sale in New York not too long ago, located just over the state line and about a half hour drive to Lime Rock, that was literally just a enormous garage with a studio apartment on top.

324 Highland Drive, Park City seems to be the address. I can’t find the listing online and all of the street view photos show it before the massive side garage addition

I like the idea of it but the building looks ugly and all over the place.

I’d want a garage come workshop and the long garage for a wet/wash bay and then behind it a dry detailing bay.

My dream garage.

Wow, do want. How much is too much in that location? A house that size around here would be well over 2.5mil....

Edit* didn't read the comments first where you mention Park City twice

Wonder if it has a grease pit, or a lift. Always wanted those things. Nothing like getting the car up in the air to see what’s going on - my dealer used to let me use a lift to put my 300D in the air. That how I found a leaking differential.

Not 2.5 mil but for sure over 500k. Probably 700-800k would be my guess

Still way too much for me, but it would be cool to at least pretend that's attainable, instead of just knowing I'll never own a house in the city lol

If I ever moved to the SLC area.......

In the DC area, that’s a $800,000 house easy.

Nice house and pretty mountain, but that landscape looks so depressing. The cloudy sky just makes the image more sad. Maybe it’s because there are no trees.

Houses are definitely cheaper down in Salt Lake but holy hell the inversion (smog) there is unbelievably bad. I think I would be going the other way out towards Oakley/Kamas/Francis area

I’ve heard it’s just because of the geographically location of the city, strange stuff.

Kinja'd!!! PowderHound > jkm7680

Kinja'd!!!1

Well that and there is tons of pollution down there with all the normal stuff and then coal plants and some places that burn medical waste. The mountains (and in turn temperature difference between valley floor and above the mountains) on both sides really hold it in the valley though

That reminds me a bit of Spring Mountain outside of Las Vegas. I knew a guy who had a car there. It was basically a golf and country club, but instead of golf, cars. Way too fancy for my tastes. I was afraid they were going to ask me to take my dirty Honda Civic and leave.

I’d want the garage door to not be so high and a ‘wet bay’ in the corner to wash in.

There’s a house in my home town that’s similar to that. It was cause the people who built it had a boat and then in the back part of it they put a lift in

Kinja'd!!! BaconSandwich is tasty. > Svend
11/07/2015 at 19:59

That’d work. So long as there’s clearance for my dream Unimog camper, I’d be game with that. I suppose the wet bay could also be converted to a paint booth.

With two embedded hydraulic scissor lifts. One in the wash bay with water proof cover and water run-off channel around and the other in the detailing bay (I’m 36 now, repeatedly bending is not my thing. Lol).
